Everything about the experience suggests you're making a smart choice.

It doesn't mention the mercury that may have accumulated over decades in large predatory fish.


It doesn't explain where the seafood was caught—or whether it was farmed in crowded ponds where antibiotics are routinely used to control disease.

For years, we've been encouraged to think of seafood as one category.
